Kovio provides a marketplace and digital platform that connects users with event-related services and vendors. Kovio does not directly provide event services unless explicitly stated.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

- Use the platform for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities

- Upload or share false, misleading, or harmful content

- Interfere with the security or functionality of the platform

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these rules are violated.

Vendors listed on Kovio may be independent third parties. While we may take steps to verify vendors, Kovio does not guarantee the quality, legality, or performance of vendor services.

Any agreement, communication, or transaction between users and vendors is solely between those parties. Kovio is not responsible for disputes, losses, damages, or claims arising from such interactions.

Where applicable, payments made through the platform may be processed by third-party payment providers. Kovio does not store full payment card details.

All fees, commissions, or service charges (if any) will be clearly disclosed before payment. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

All content on the Kovio platform, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Kovio.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

You may submit content such as reviews, messages, or profile information ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Kovio a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content for platform operations.

You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any laws or third- party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that may harm Kovio or other users.

You may stop using the Services at any time by discontinuing access or requesting account deletion.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Kovio makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or suitability of the Services.

We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kovio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

Kovio’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Kovio (if any) in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kovio, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

- Your use of the Services

- Your violation of these Terms

- Your interaction with vendors or third parties

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy & Cookie Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page and will take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
